HI!
I’m Greta.
I am a Nationally Certified and STOTT PILATES® Teacher. I am also an advocate for Women's Health. I encourage my clients to find power in their strength through exercise, and in the knowledge of their own bodies. As a mother who has experienced both pelvic floor dysfunction and a major back injury, I empathize with my clients who are in pain and struggling. This is why, as a post-rehab Pilates teacher, I specialize in helping those with chronic pain and improving pelvic floor health.
